Main tasks include:
- Compounding of flavours
- Application tests of new creations
- Sensory evaluation
- Laboratory Maintenance
  • The candidate shall be familiar working in a food or flavour laboratory environment, show competence in the use of laboratory equipment and embrace laboratory safety requirements
  • Experience with flavour creation, flavour application and sensory evaluation of food and beverages is preferred
  • The candidate must be able to work independently, whilst at the same time forming part of a team with our flavourists and other laboratory assistants
