modern form of communal living in which residents get a private
bedroom in a furnished home with shared common areas Coliving
is one of the best and most direct means to achieve optimal
density, affordable housing, and an urban community
Due to covid19, many businesses which are cutting back on
operations, or mothballing their growth plans, however, in the co-
living companies expansion strategies are largely on track In
addition to expatriates, some locals are also increasingly opting for
co-living to escape being stuck at home with family
We are looking for investors to help expand our business as well as
increasing the amount of property we have to sublet to tenants in
Singapore With the investment, we use it to furnish the house and
after sublet to tenants to stay
At Dè Originals Homes, we are looking for passive
investor/partnership with a contract of minimum 12 months At a
monthly dividends of 2-3% with the minimum of SGD $20,000 A
partnership agreement will be signed with both the investor and
the company
