Looking for Assistant Duty Manager Urgently

Main Duties:

• Handle the PABX systems and the routine telephone operation functions
• Operate the audio and PA system
• Ensure that updated copies of newsletters, circulars and Bye-laws are always available upon request
• Check and replenish First Aid Kit
• Register of guests and issue of official receipts, debit notes, membership application forms and enrolment forms for sports/social activities
• Issue car labels to members and HODs
• Attend to members’ feedback & incidents in the Club that requires the Management’s attention during the Club’s official operation hours
• Make random checks at various facilities to ensure that members comply with the Club’s Constitution and Bye-laws
• Attend to potential members’ requests on Club tours
• Attend Operations Meetings in the absence of Duty Manager
• Any other related duties as assigned by the Management
