Handle bar & screws made from steel Stem is aluminiumRecently moved from a fairly new branded bicycle The handle bar has no brand The stem is branded BTH All components are almost flawless, totally rust free Only 2 minute dents at centre of bar due to over tightening of screws Some scratches on far grip end of one handle , which will be covered by rubber grip
