Job Scope:

  • Handle all enquiries from parents (walk-in, phone calls, texts)
  • Oversee daily operations of the tuition centre
  • Perform in-center sales activities (if necessary)
  • Arrange trial classes with parents and actively promote the centre’s programmes to prospective clients in a professional manner
  • Work towards company's targets and to maximize student base and retention
  • Handle fees payment and follow up on fees arrears
