F&B Waitress/Waiter (Service Crew) Full-Time: $1,800 to $2,500, Part-Time: $12 to $14 per hour
- Provide customer service in the Food & Beverage environment (Including serving and taking orders in the restaurant)
- Coordinate with customer reservations in the restaurant
- Cashiering, Clearing and setting up of tables
- Promote and Up-sell Snacks and Drinks to the customer
- Answering phone calls, attend to customer’s enquiry
Requirements
- Passionate about F&B and customer service
- High standards of personal grooming and hygiene
- Possess outstanding communication skills with an outgoing personality
- A strong team player with a can-do attitude
- Previous experience as a Server or Host in casual dining or restaurant will be a plus
Chef (Specialty in Northern Indian Cuisine) Full Time: $3,000 to $4,000, Part Time: $12 to 18 per hour
- To assist in managing the daily kitchen operations effectively
- Creation of menu based on specific concepts
- Cost and quality control
- Manpower scheduling and roster planning
- Preparation of food and Mise en plus
- Cooking ensure food are served as per requirements
Requirements
- 5 year’s experiences in similar capacity or as a Chef with 2 years’ experience in Indian kitchen operation an added advantage
- Impeccable service standards, clean work habits and attention to details
- Ability to multi-task
Kitchen Assistant - Full Time and Part-timer: $1500 to $2200
- Assist the kitchen to do basic food preparation
- Ensure the Kitchen section have everything they need and be responsible for cleaning the kitchen
- Assist in managing the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area
Requirements
- Relevant working experience would be an added advantage
- Strict sense of hygiene and safety standards
- Able to carry out tasks quickly and competently
- Able to follow instructions
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
Working hours:
- Any 5 to 6 days of the week as per schedule, 9 to 10 hours a day
